2013 May: Sagawa Global Logistics Co., Ltd. changes its name to SGH Global Japan Co., Ltd. and spins off Sagawa Global Logistics Co., Ltd. as a new company that inherits the domestic logistics business
2013 May: Ameroid Logistics (S) Pte. Ltd. is acquired with the aim of strengthening the logistics business within Singapore (now SG Sagawa Ameroid Pte. Ltd.)

2014 Jun.: Sri Lankan logistics company EXPOLANKA HOLDINGS PLC (now EXPOLANKA HOLDINGS Limited) acquired with the aim of expanding the international freight business
2015 Mar.: SG Sagawa Vietnam Co., Ltd. established as a Group company to provide freight and logistics services within Vietnam
2016 Mar.: Entered into capital and business alliance agreement with Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. (now LOGISTEED, Ltd.)
2016 Nov.: Phat Loc Express and Trading Joint Stock Company acquired with the aim of expanding and strengthening the delivery business in Vietnam (name changed to Sagawa Express Vietnam., LLC in March 2017, and company dissolved in April 2019 as part of an absorption-type merger in which SG Sagawa Vietnam Co., Ltd. was the surviving company)
