Sustainability

SG Holdings Co., Ltd. The company has also been selected as a constituent of the "FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index"*3 for five consecutive years.
FTSE Russell’s ESG ratings provide a comprehensive score based on a multifaceted evaluation, including a company’s initiatives to address environmental challenges, efforts to enhance working conditions, and measures to promote occupational health and safety.
Under the SGH Vision 2030, the SG Holdings Group defines its aspiration to continue to be an indispensable presence (= infrastructure) for our customers and society. To realize this vision and enhance our medium- to long‑term corporate value, we have identified key management priorities (materialities). By backcasting from our desired future state, we position materiality as the challenges that must be addressed to achieve our long‑term vision, and as part of this approach, we are also advancing initiatives aimed at addressing ESG issues.
The SG Holdings Group will continue to advance sustainability management, contribute to the realization of a sustainable society, and pursue long‑term enhancement of corporate value.
