SG Holdings Co., Ltd. hereby announces that decisions have been made on reorganization and personnel changes at the Company and group business companies,effective April 1.

Reorganization at SG Holdings Co., Ltd. Effective April 1

Purpose

The current seven-department, five-office and five-unit system will be reorganized into an eight-department, four-office and seven-unit system to strengthen the foundation for overall group management.

Details

  1. Logistics Innovation Office eliminated and its functions transferred to Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.
  2. Investor Relations Unit within Corporate Planning Department eliminated, and new Investor Relations Office created
  3. New IT Control Unit created within Corporate Planning Department
  4. Legal Affairs Department renamed Compliance Control Department, and new Legal Affairs Unit created
  5. Internal Control Promotion Office eliminated, and new Internal Control Unit created within Compliance Control Department
  6. Human resources hiring and education functions separated from Human Resources Department, and new Human Resources Development Department created
