[Sagawa Global Logistics] Alliance with Hanjin, Korean Comprehensive Logistics Company, to Strengthen Networks in Korea, Europe and the U.S.
For Further Improvement of Services Mainly through a Mutual Use of International Courier Services(2/28/2011) |

| Sagawa Global Logistics Co., Ltd. has reached an agreement with Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd.*, a Korean comprehensive logistics company of the HANJIN GROUP, on an alliance for international logistics services. On January 1 of this year, we signed an agency contract, which will be followed by an official commencement of the service provision on March 1. |

| This contract enables both companies to mutually use Sagawa Global Logistics' service networks extended mainly in Japan, China and Southeast Asia, as well as Hanjin Transportation's solid infrastructure and service networks developed in Korea, Europe, the U.S. and Central Asia. Seeking to enhance synergy effects, both companies are ready to provide customers with a wider variety of international transportation options and services. Since the middle of February, we have already been working on an international mail-order transportation service for both the Japanese and Korean markets on a trial basis. This service will be officially launched on March 1, following the integration of the companies' domestic collection and distribution networks and arrangement of their system interfaces. |
