[Sagawa Express] New Service 'Hikyaku Confidential Document Recycling Service' Launched!

| Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. will launch 'Hikyaku Confidential Document Recycling Service' on February 2, 2009. This service includes everything from pickup of confidential documents at corporate offices to document recycling at a pulping plant. |

| In accordance with the so-called J-SOX (Japanese equivalent of Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and CSR requirements, each year more and more companies are having confidential business documents recycled at a pulping plant instead of shredded and incinerated. Expecting continued growth in the market for confidential document recycling through pulping process, Sagawa Express decided to launch this service. |

| The service outline is as follows: |

Sagawa Express delivers customized corrugated boxes to the customer who has requested the service. |
| 2. |
The customer downloads and prints a shipping invoice for 'Hikyaku Confidential Document Recycling Service' from the webpage for the service. |
| 3. |
The sales driver picks up corrugated boxes containing confidential documents at the customer's office and delivers them to a pulping plant. |
| 4. |
The sales driver checks the number of delivered boxes with a plant staff member. The sales driver then loads the boxes into a pulping system and enters the job completion data. |
| 5. |
The customer can download a Certificate of Completion of Document Recycling through Pulping Process, as needed, from Sagawa Express' webpage for this service. |

Service fee: delivery charge (from any location): 1,500 yen/box (up to 20 kg); customized corrugated box fee: 300 yen/box |

| Meanwhile, deinked pulp recovered from confidential documents at a pulping plant is used for recycled paper products such as toilet paper. |
