| [Sagawa International Economic Cooperation Foundation] donates 8 used trucks to Lao People's Democratic Republic(3/5/2008) |
|
| Sagawa International Economic Cooperation Foundation, an affiliated organization of SG Holdings Group, donated eight trucks formerly used at Sagawa Express (six 2-t and two 10-t trucks) to the Lao People's Democratic Republic. This was one of the Foundation's main projects in FY2007. |

| Each year since 2003, the Foundation has donated used trucks to Laos through a Laotian government agency, the National Land and River Transportation Public Corporation. The number of donated trucks now totals 45 (including eight trucks donated in FY2007). |
|
| The eight trucks were transported by sea from Daikoku Wharf (Yokohama City) to Thailand (the Port of Laem Chanbang), and from there by land to Laos (the Capital of Vientiane), as per the schedule shown below. Those trucks will be used effectively, mainly to transport articles of daily use. |

| The Sagawa International Economic Cooperation Foundation was established in 1986, with the purpose of promoting the economic development of developing countries, and fostering friendly relations between those countries and Japan. The Foundation's main activities include donating used trucks to various developing countries and providing training programs on vehicle maintenance engineering. As of March 2008, the number of used trucks donated by the Foundation totaled 3,297 (breakdown: 3,000 to China, 102 to Mongolia, 150 to Peru and 45 to Laos). The Foundation will continue to promote international economic development and friendship through its various activities. |
