Environmental Awareness Brochure Distributed to Staff Members' Families

| SG Holdings Co., Ltd. has distributed brochures to introduce environmental conservation efforts practicable at home to all households of Group employees (approx. 40,000), as part of the company's activities to raise environmental awareness of employees and their families. |
|
The company believes that it is important to always be conscious of environmental conservation and to implement earth-friendly activities, not only in our business operations but also in our family life. As part of this effort, the company has provided environmental awareness brochures for employees' households since 2004.
(The 2004 brochure featured "Energy Saving Efforts Practicable at Home," the 2005 brochure, "Eco-Friendly Ways of Purchasing and Its Points," and the 2006 brochure, "Global Warming Prevention Efforts Practicable at Home.") |

| This is the fourth issue of such environmental awareness brochures, changing the objective from "learning" to "practicing." To this end, this year's brochure aims to provide an opportunity for all family members to consider eco-friendly behavior in their daily lives by encouraging them to understand current conditions and proposing easy and practical, eco-friendly behavior by using a check sheet with grade points. The brochure also urges family members determine everyday target "eco-points" to promote eco-activities in daily life. |
