SG Holdings Co., Ltd. has released its "Sustainability Report 2007" as a summary of our CSR activities for fiscal 2006.(7/23/2007)
The purpose of this report is to widely announce the activities of our Group, and to enhance the reliability and transparency of such activities. In 2000 we began to issue our "Environmental Report," which centers on our environmental conservation efforts, and since 2003 have been releasing our "Sustainability Report," which, in addition to said efforts, introduces our CSR activities in general, including those for safety and society.
As a group of companies that use public roads as part of our core operations, we will continue working to help realize a sustainable society, giving top priority to safety and environment and seeking the harmonious coexistence of society and nature.
[Overview of "Sustainability Report 2007"]
1.  Major Achievements in Fiscal 2006
(*All cumulative totals as of end of fiscal 2006.)

[CSR Implementation System]
To expand our targets to all CSR activities, we renamed our in-house "Eco Project Committee" the "CSR Committee" in 2006, and prepared a full-scale system for CSR implementation. The CSR Committee aims at establishing and continuously improving our administrative structure, to practice our Group's "Charter governing SG Holdings actions" and spread its effect to the entire operations of the Group.
The Committee membership comprises directors, who act on their respective responsibilities and ideas, with representative directors serving as chairpersons. Also, the Committee specifically organizes eight special committees-- for quality, safety, internal control, corporate ethics, public relations, environment, social contribution and overseas activities-- for the sake of more effective operations.
[Safety Activities]
As an enterprise that conducts business by vehicle, we consider safety to be our top-priority concern.
