The Foundation has donated used trucks to Laos through a Laotian government agency since 2003, with the number of donated trucks now totaling 37.
The planned use of the donated trucks is primarily for the effective transportation of general merchandise in Laos. |

| The Foundation was established in 1986 in order to promote economic development of developing countries. The Foundation's main businesses are the donation of used trucks to each country and the execution of vehicle maintenance technology training. The number of used trucks that have been donated, as of March 20, 2006, is 3,281 (3,000 to China, 102 to Mongolia, 150 to Peru, and 29 to Laos). |
