| Consolidated Fiscal Statement "6 months to September 20, 2006" (11/27/2006) |

SG Holdings Co., Ltd. has announced the interim consolidated fiscal statement of FY 2007 (March 21, 2006 - September 20, 2006).
The core door-to-door delivery business showed increases in the number of courier services, e-collect services, and the mail services, handled by Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.,
As a result, consolidated net sales totaled 424.848 billion yen, up 6.6% from last year. Operating income was up 3.8% to 19.165 billion yen and ordinary income was up 5.5% to 16.871 billion yen. |
