| [Sagawa Express]Training Course for Chinese Mechanics Commences(9/15/2006) |

| The Sagawa International Economic Cooperation Foundation, an affiliated organization of SG Holdings Group, has commenced the training of 6 Chinese mechanics, in vehicle maintenance. This training is being carried out from September 15 through October 27, 2006. |
|
| The foundation has carried out this training since 1987, and the total number of trainees so far, has reached 90. |
|
The foundation was established by Sagawa Express with the purpose of developing other countries' economic progress and to promote goodwill. The foundation also donates used trucks, and to date*, 3281 have been donated to: China (3000), Mongolia (102), Peru (150) and Laos (29).
