Efforts to Raise Environmental Awareness

We are conducting awareness-raising activities so that a wide range of stakeholders can understand the importance of protecting the environment, for the children who hold our futures in their hands to core SG Holdings Group management and employees.

SG Holdings Group's Environmental Activities

With the aim of encouraging all group employees to actively personally participate in environmental protection activities, "Environmental Activities" have been set every year since FY 2003 and implemented with employee participation. The method of conducting activities changes each year to expand participation to not only employees, but their families as well.

Environment picture diary contest
The "Environmental Picture Diary Contest" environmental activity for employees and their families

The "Environment Picture Diary Contest," which gives employees and their families and opportunity to think about the global environment, was held for third time with the purpose of raising awareness about environmental conservation. This year, 1,754 submissions were received and 10 were chosen to receive prizes.

Employees throughout the group participate in a clean-up campaign

All facilities throughout the SG Holdings Group took part in a clean-up campaign encompassing areas surrounding business offices as well as other parts of local communities.
Local government bodies, organizations and other companies also contributed their efforts alongside our group employees, and we are making efforts to expand the scope of clean-up activities even further.
